Lead packer

Career-makers Recruitmentare looking for a"Team Leader"for our client in theTrafford park, M17area.

Shift:Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10 pm

Pay rate:13.77 per hour a

Key Responsibilities would be:

• Lead and organise each packing shift to ensure the production targets are met
• Supervise and train packer to follow the companies operating process
• be responsible for updating the production board and handing over to the next shift
• highlight any production quality or equipment issues to the injection mould tool setters.
• make sure the factory is clean and tidy at the end of each shift
• work with factory manager or improvement projects and ideas.

The candidate should:

• Have knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Understand importance of overtime, especially in Peak Time
• Flexible on days and shift worked throughout the week including weekends.
• Hard working & enthusiastic
• Able to create a positive work environment.
