Working on a temporary contract for a sheltered housing contractor who works to provide housing to refugees and the homeless.
Your new role
- Carry out responsive repairs across multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling).
- Diagnose faults and determine the most effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in multiple trades within property maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence - this role requires travel between properties.
- An own vehicle is provided for this role for the first 12 weeks (van provided after probation).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll get in return

- Petrol allowance is paid for any mileage during work hours.
