The TeamThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Sales team responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new business opportunities, nurturing high-value accounts, and supporting strategic account expansion. The team operates collaboratively across sales, marketing, account management, tech, and customer success, ensuring client needs are met with innovative, results-driven solutions.
What Youll Be DoingAs Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in driving new business and acquiring new logos while owning the following responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and win new business opportunities, targeting high-value accounts and expanding into new markets.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans, unlocking upsell, cross-sell, and new sector opportunities.
Consultative Sales Approach: Use a solution-based, consultative approach to position tech solutions as essential to client success, focusing on ROI and scalability.
Market & Competitor Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyse the competitive landscape, and refine strategies to address client challenges.
Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a strategic partner and identifying long-term growth opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales pipeline, account performance, and client engagement, providing actionable insights to leadership.
Proven success in new business development, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing complex tech or SaaS sales.
Experience managing and growing high-value accounts in a consultative sales environment.
Skilled in solution-based selling, demonstrating value and strategic benefit to client stakeholders.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executive-level clients.
Comfortable discussing technical concepts and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
Data-driven, with the ability to use sales metrics and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Able to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior colleagues.

Interview ProcessThe process is designed to be transparent and values-led, offering feedback at every stage:
Screening Stage: 30-minute exploratory call with the Talent Team.
1st Stage Interview: Video call with a senior member of the Sales team.
2nd Stage Interview: Face-to-face meeting with the CCO and Sales Director, including a take-home task.
Offer Stage: If successful, youll receive an offer to join the team.
