This Business Development Manager role is looking after anestablished territory of industrial customers, selling into Automotive, Composites and Industrial applications. You will receive a company car, bonus, private health care plan plus more.


You will be joining the team of a world leader in surface finishing products who specialise in total solutions in which the abrasives are supplemented by innovatively designed machines and polishing compounds.


As Business Development Manager you will:
  • Visit customers, and work with channel partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure existing business services levels are maintained and customer relationships strengthened.
  • Demonstrate abrasive and polishing systems to some incredible customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop literature and attend exhibitions and trade shows.


We are keen on speaking to people about this Business Development Manager opportunity who have the following skills and experience:
  • Knowledge of Automotive / Industrial / Composite manufacturing sectors.
  • Existing B2B sales experience within a technical environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate abrasives and finishing technologies (training will be provided).
  • KAM skills and experience.
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams.


In return you will receive a salary of 40,000 - 55,000 pa plus bonus, pension and life insurance.
