Salary: £40k DOE + £5k Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £10k-£15k)

Company Overview:
My client is a leading global telematics provider, delivering vehicle tracking and security solutions across the UK and Europe. Their technology supports cars, caravans, motorhomes, plant equipment, and boats with services like trip logging, route planning, and stolen vehicle recovery.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a driven BDM to lead sales growth in the UK market. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and building strong client relationships. A proven background in B2B sales, ideally in telematics, insurance, or automotiveis essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through strategic prospecting and sales execution
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build long-term relationships for future upselling
  • Identify target markets and develop tailored sales plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Track market trends and provide sales performance reports

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience
  • Background in insurance, automotiveOR Telematicspreferred
  • Proven success in closing new business and hitting revenue targets
  • Motivated, strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of telematics or related tech is a plus
