- We are a recruitment business in the North West of the UK seeking a Business Development Manager to drive our operations forward.
- The role involves identifying and generating leads across various sectors including Hospitality, Industrial, and Commercial.
- The salary is dependent on experience and includes bonuses for new business won, with previous sales experience preferred but not essential.
- Key responsibilities include cold calling, meeting clients, and collaborating with existing branches to identify leads.
- The position is based in our Manchester branch, requiring travel to other branches, and we are looking for a candidate comfortable working independently.
Ideally you will have some previous sales experience and perhaps in Recruitment but this is not essential.
Main Skills and Responsibilities are
Identifying and generating leads within the above sectors
Cold Calling
Meeting clients to close the deal either face to face or virtual
Working alongside the existing branches to identify leads that fit within the current business model
Identifying potential new markets to operate in
You would need to be comfortable working alone, utilise your own time effectively and be a strong negotiator. This position is based in our Manchester branch but with travel into the other branches.
Although based in Manchester we would like the ideal candidate to be able to develop new business for all of our branches
