Our client, a respected name in the insurance broking world, is looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team.
You’ll be responsible for managing mid to large commercial accounts, handling renewals, MTAs, and maintaining close relationships with clients across a range of sectors. The right person will have strong product knowledge and the confidence to provide technical support to Account Executives while delivering an excellent client experience.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing day-to-day client servicing, renewals, and MTA activity

Supporting Account Executives with placement, documentation, and queries

Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and ensure best cover

Building long-term relationships with clients through proactive service
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler within broking

Solid understanding of commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Fleet, etc.)

Confident communicator with great attention to detail

Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
