Accounts Assistant. Swinton. 28k - 30k doe ( office based )
An established and successful manufacturing firm are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team at their offices in Swinton. Duties will include;
- Sales ledger - raising up to 70 invoices per week
- Purchase Ledger - inputting up to 600 invoices per month - this will be shared between the team
- Credit control - this will only be an occasional requirement
- Checking weekly payroll reports - reporting anomalies and authorising over time ( no previous payroll experience needed )
- Bank and statement reconciliations
- Posting customer receipts
- Managing production reports using basic Excel
To be successful, you will have previous Accounts experience, be used to working as part of a small team and be able to multitask.This role won't lead to progression opportunities.Due to location, own transport is needed
