Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced Maths Teacher for a mainstream secondary academy based within the Manchesterarea on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role will involve teaching Maths at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is required.
The position is due to begin on 1st Septemberand will continue on a full-time, permanent basis employed directly by the school.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to teach Maths up to KS4
- A passion for the subject
- Ability to raise standards throughout
- Ability to engage with a variedcohort
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and differentiate lessons accordingly
- Good behaviour management strategies
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
- Hold PGCE with QTS or equivalent
