Are you a Level 3 qualified Early years practitioner? A HLTA qualified Practitioner with EYFS experience or an ECT who has trained in EYFS looking for a new full time role supporting pupils in a nursery & Reception class?
I am currently recruiting for a Level 3 Childcare Practitioner or Higher level Teaching Assistant to support a whole nursery or reception class in Manchester(M12). Starting a long-term position from September 2025. You will be working 5 days a week.
Aspire people have worked with this school for a while and feedback is always positive from staff.
As an agency employed member of staff, the schools will expect you to maintain the standards of a permanent member of staff so the following is expected:
*Strong EYFS curriculum knowledge.
*Minimum Level 3 Childcare (or equivalent) qualification for ratio purposes.
*Regular assessments of pupils.
*Able to engage in learning activities.
*Confident supporting pupils with Autism and non verbal
