About the Role:You will work closely with class teachers to support the teaching and learning of pupils in KS1. This role involves working with individuals, small groups, and occasionally supporting whole-class activities to help ensure all children achieve their full potential.?? Key Responsibilities:* Supporting children's learning in class under the guidance of the teacher* Helping to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated activities* Assisting with the preparation and organisation of learning materials* Supporting the emotional and social development of pupils* Working with children with additional needs, where required* Promoting a safe, respectful and inclusive learning environment?
