K'Se Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across various classes from EFFS up to Year 6, depending on the needs of the school. You will work closely with teachers, support pupils of all abilities, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support across different year groups - EYFS, KS1, and K'S
* Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions as directed by the class teacher
* Support pupils with SEND, ensuring inclusion and engagement
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Promote positive behaviour and help pupils develop confidence and independence
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff across the school

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience working in a primary school setting
* Ability to adapt quickly to different classrooms and routines
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach

Desirable:
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND
* Experience delivering phonics, reading, or maths interventions
