They are now seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, supporting learning across KS1 and KS2.
The Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will work closely with class teachers to deliver targeted interventions, provide 1:1 and small group support, and help create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in class, in groups, and on a 1:1 basis
* Deliver structured interventions in literacy and numeracy
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Support pupils with varying learning needs to stay engaged and make progress
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusion
* Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
Requirements
Essential:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience working in a UK primary school (within the last 2 years)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive and caring approach to supporting children
Desirable:
* Experience delivering interventions
* Confidence supporting across multiple year groups
