Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, as required

  • Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to accelerate progress

  • Assist teachers in planning and adapting learning activities to meet individual needs

  • Support pupils with SEND and those requiring additional pastoral or behavioural support

  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment

  • Promote positive behaviour and model the school's values at all times

  • Support assessment by observing, recording, and feeding back on pupil progress

  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals

  • Assist with supervision during breaktimes, lunchtime, or school activities when required







We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has experience supporting pupils across primary age ranges

  • Demonstrates strong communication, organisation, and teamwork skills

  • Is patient, nurturing, and committed to inclusive practice

  • Is confident supporting pupils with SEND, including those with speech and language, SEMH, autism, or learning needs

  • Can use initiative and remain calm under pressure

  • Is enthusiastic about contributing to whole-school life
