The Recruitment Curve is working in partnership with a respected Further Education College to recruit a Trainee or Qualified Plumbing Lecturer for a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging plumbing lessons (both theory and practical)
- Plan and prepare schemes of work and lesson materials
- Integrate inclusive teaching methods and appropriate resources
- Assess learners' progress through formative and summative methods
- Support learners via progress reviews and individual development plans
- Stay updated on curriculum and industry developments
Requirements
- A Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or equivalent) is essential
- Experience in the plumbing trade or teaching/training
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A teaching qualification is not required — full training and support available for Trainee Lecturer.
A teaching qualification or professional recognition in learning and skills is not essential, however we do ask that you are willing to work towards this.
