Fire Alarm Engineer

Salary: 35,000 - 43,000 + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Training

Are you a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer looking to join a company that genuinely invests in its engineers?

We're working with a well-established fire safety solutions provider delivering design, installation, servicing, and maintenance to clients across commercial, industrial, and high-end residential sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their Manchester-based team.

• Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on addressable and conventional fire alarm systems

• Working with leading brands including Gent, Kentec, C-Tec, Advanced, Hochiki, Menvier, and Ziton

• Diagnosing faults, replacing components, and ensuring full compliance with BS5839

• Carrying out system testing and producing clear, accurate service reports

• Delivering a professional on-site service in commercial, retail, and industrial environments

• Managing your own workload, van stock, and documentation while working closely with a supportive team

• Proven experience in fire alarm servicing, maintenance, or commissioning

• Good working knowledge of industry standards and regulations

• Experience with multiple fire alarm systems (training provided on new panels)

• Strong fault-finding skills and attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence

• ECS or FIA training advantageous but not essential

• Competitive salary 35,000 - 43,000 (DOE)
