As a Store Manager you will be responsible for a high performing team and will be required to develop them and support the team to progress to be the best location in Manchester!

This is a unique opportunity to bring your expertise from luxury retail environment or a high service location such as a car showroom, retail store, luxury hotel and restaurant to a business that knows the importance of the perfect customer experience. The role as a Store Manager:

· Deliver commercial success by driving sales, managing costs, and maximising profitability

· Ensure a customer-first culture, creating outstanding shopping experiences every day

· Lead and inspire a large, diverse team across multiple departments within a flagship store

· Lead and coach your managers and sales ambassadors to achieve high performance
