Job Title: Sign Fitter’s Mate – Full Time – Trafford Park
Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well established and highly respected signage company based in Trafford Park. Known for their quality craftsmanship, diverse client base, and tight-knit, supportive team culture, this company offers a great environment to learn and grow in the signage industry.

They’re now looking to take on a Sign Fitter’s Mate, an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into the signage world or develop hands-on skills in a practical, fast-moving trade.

• Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week)

• Salary around £25k, depending on experience

• Minimal stay-aways – most work is local

• Full training provided in signage systems and installation

• Great team environment and strong long-term career prospects

• A valid CSCS card – essential

• A full UK driving licence – essential

• A background in joinery, carpentry, or another hands-on trade

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• A good level of physical fitness (this is a practical, on site role)

• Someone reliable, positive, and team-oriented

• Previous signage experience would be a great bonus, but is definitely not essential – full training will be given
