What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6 CPN and play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for adults in the community.
  • Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support recovery and well-being.
  • Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
  • Liaising with families, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
  • Supporting service users with medication management and adherence.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Previous experience working as a CPN within an adult mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
