Housing Support Worker
Full Time hours 9am to 5pm but must have flexibility to work at times between 8am to 8pm (37.50 hours per week working Monday to Friday)

Due to continued growth we have the pleasure of working with a housing support provider across the North West who are looking to bring in a new team member to their Liverpool offering.

You will provide high-quality resettlement and housing management support to a portfolio of customers with complex needs within a supported housing project or dispersed tenancy.

You would be joining an experienced team who work together to deliver a fantastic service to the young people that they serve. This role allows you to work flexibly, managing your own diary and hours each week. You will have total support from colleagues and management from induction onwards.

The key skill that we are seeking is a passion for working with young people to make a difference. You must be able to relate to young people and be able to build relationships to support, offer empathy and allow the young people in your care to thrive.

Some duties will include:

  • You will empower customers to develop skills for long-term housing sustainability.
  • Create individualised support packages tailored to customer needs, wishes, and choices.
  • Deliver proactive housing management services to ensure customers meet tenancy conditions, including rent and service charges.

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care Children and Young People (CCYP) or equivalent, or willingness to study for this or a recognised Housing qualification.
  • Satisfactory DBS check.
  • Current full driving licence and happy to have business insurance.
