Your Crucial Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional fostering service. You'll manage your own caseload while taking a lead in shaping the lives of children by:
- Finding and empowering amazing foster carers: You'll be responsible for the recruitment, thorough assessment, comprehensive training, and ongoing support of individuals and families who open their hearts and homes to children in need.
- Championing safeguarding: You will implement and rigorously monitor safeguarding practices, ensuring the paramount welfare of every child in our care and upholding all statutory requirements.
