Your Crucial Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional fostering service. You'll manage your own caseload while taking a lead in shaping the lives of children by:

• Finding and empowering amazing foster carers: You'll be responsible for the recruitment, thorough assessment, comprehensive training, and ongoing support of individuals and families who open their hearts and homes to children in need.
• Championing safeguarding: You will implement and rigorously monitor safeguarding practices, ensuring the paramount welfare of every child in our care and upholding all statutory requirements.
• Being a pillar of support and knowledge: You'll provide vital training and continuous support to foster carers, equipping them with the skills and understanding to meet the diverse needs of the children they care for.
• Ensuring excellence in case management: You will maintain meticulous and current case records, guaranteeing full compliance with all relevant regulations and agency policies.

What You'll Bring:

• A Social Work qualification (BA or MA).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
