Daytime Healthcare have opportunites for Camhs experienced support workers, to work on a care package.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Support Workers to work wit CAMHS service users.

You will play a crucial role in supporting childrenwith a variety of needs, including emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support to children in residential, community, or home settings.

- Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment.

- Implement individual care and support plans in line with the child’s needs.

- Assist with daily routines including meals, education support, and recreational activities.

- Support children with emotional regulation, social skills, and behaviour management.

- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.

- Work collaboratively with families, social workers, education staff, and other professionals.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with children in a care or support setting.

- An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.

- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

- Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care or Childcare (desirable).
