Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Employment Advisorswho will support job seekers on their journey in to sustainable employment.

You will work with a fluctuatingcaseload of customers who are referred via the Job Centre. You will conduct initial assessments to identify their personalisedbarriers to employment and agree a plan of action to breakdown and address each barrier to ensure they are able to compete in the labour market. You will meet regularly and review progress setting stretch targets as needed.

You will have extensive experience working with job seekers, this could be within a welfare to work setting, working for DWP or you could have previous recruitment experience. You will be skilled in setting SMART targets, motivating jobseekers and breaking down their work related challenges. You will have excellent communication skills and be experienced in working to performance and job entry targets.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
