What You'll Be Doing:
As a Temporary Finance Administrator, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Posting Purchase Invoices and Credit Notes: Ensure accuracy by checking against purchase orders.
- Resolving Queries: Collaborate with buyers to address any financial enquiries.
- Handling Payments and Receipts: Post payments and receipts efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
- Updating Daily Cashflow: Keep track of daily financial movements and report updates.
- Allocating Payments and Receipts: Maintain organised records for seamless financial tracking.
- Posting Retention Credits: Help manage retention credits accurately.
- Assisting with Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Support the finance team in maintaining financial integrity.
- Monitoring Remits/Invoice Inbox: Address supplier queries promptly and professionally.
- Posting Monthly Credit Card Invoices: Match invoices to receipts for thorough documentation.
