Time Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader to lead and inspire our clients dedicated teams while ensuring compassionate, person-centred care.

About them:

Established in 2019, the group is a thriving organisation committed to integration-not exclusion. They specialise in supporting individuals aged 17+ through Residential Care, Supported Living, and Domiciliary services.

The Team Leader Role:

This is more than a typical Team Leader position you will be at the forefront of service delivery, playing a key role in shaping the future of our care settings.

You will:

? Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of care and compliance.

? Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals.

? Develop and implement personalised care plans that prioritise wellbeing.

? Deliver hands-on support, including personal care, mobility assistance, and everyday living tasks.

? Advocate for service users in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings.

? Drive staff development, leading inductions, supervisions, and performance reviews.

? Champion a positive culture, ensuring proactive, compassionate care across the organisation.

About You

You're caring, proactive, and thrive in a leadership role. You'll bring:

? Minimum 2 years' care experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role.

? Knowledge of the PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) model.

? Experience in Residential, Supported Living, or Domiciliary care.

? Confidence in staff management and creating a supportive team environment.

? A flexible, hands-on approach with a commitment to person-centred care.

? A full UK driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
