Temporary Contract until 31st March 2026

Hybrid Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

An exciting opportunity for a Team Support Coordinator has become available in a large social enterprise based in Manchester City Centre.
The post holder will provide day-to-day administrative support to a team that delivers business advice and support to companies across Lancashire.

You will manage all initial enquiries, processing contractual documentation, completing compliance checks, and entering data on the CRM system (Evolutive). You will support across all financial requirements including raising purchase orders and processing invoices and you will also organize workshops and events across the region.

You will have excellent customer service and administrative skills, be able to use all Office applications including Excel able to input and manipulate data. You will be skilled using CRM systems ideally Evolution, however full training will be provided.
