Our Client, a Greater Manchester Local Authority, is seeking an Adults Social Worker to join its Community Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- Main duties: assessments, reviews, care-planning, duty and capacity assessment.
- To practice effectively, exercising high quality judgements in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge, acting with confidence and considerable autonomy whilst accessing and using support and advice.
- To support and assist the provision of high-quality adult social care for older people and adults within national and local policy guidelines by assessing and meeting the care needs of adult citizens in the District.
- To develop skills in evaluating the quality and impact (outcomes) of own practice and that of the team and service.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have at least 2 years post qualifying experience
- Must be a car driver, with access to own vehicle.
