What You’ll Be Doing:Join our dedicated Aids and Adaptations team and play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live independently. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct holistic assessments of service users in the community

  • Recommend and implement suitable aids and adaptations

  • Liaise with housing teams, contractors, and multidisciplinary professionals

  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service planning

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid HCPC registration

  • Experience working in a social care/local authority setting

  • Knowledge of major and minor adaptations and relevant legislation

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A proactive, person-centred approach

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This flexible locum position is Monday to Friday, with potential for hybrid working. The contract is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
