An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Trade Operatives (Multi Carpenters / Plumbers / All-Round Multis) to work with a Social Housing Contractor in the Greater Manchester area. This is a temporary role working on both void and occupied properties, offering 23.62 p/h (Umbrella). The successful Multi Trade candidate will have access to their own vehicle and will carry out reactive repairs and general maintenance.
Location:
* Greater Manchester
Working hours:
* 08:00am to 17:00pm
* Up to 7 jobs per day
You will be required to:
* Carry out a variety of trades (ideally with a main trade in carpentry or plumbing)
* Complete repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied social housing properties
* Provide your own basic hand and power tools
* Optional out-of-hours work available
* Have previous experience working in social housing
