THE COMPANY:
This startup has quickly gained traction and is scaling rapidly yet sustainably.. Their vision is to create an engaging learning platform, and this is an exciting opportunity to join a team building something impactful.
THE ROLE:
A CTO will need to look at:
- Defining and implementing the tech vision.
- Managing a growing team
- Architect scalable solutions
- Focus on optimising current pipelines
- Maintaining a balancebetween strategic leadership and being hands on.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful CTO will have the following skills and experience:
- Full Stack/Engineering leadership experience
- Scale up/Start up experience
- Experience in MERN: MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js
THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary, dependent on experience. Salary is up to £150,000 On top of the salary there are some fantastic extra benefits.
