This is a UK based role, hybrid, with 1 day a month in the London HQ.We're looking for a Lead React Native / Mobile Application Engineer who's passionate about building high-quality mobile experiences and is comfortable balancing hands-on technical leadership with mentoring a small team. You'll be spending roughly 60-70% of your time hands-on - architecting solutions, contributing to design decisions, and helping drive technical excellence - and the rest leading a growing team (currently 2 engineers, soon to be 3).What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience with React Native, which is what is currently used across all mobile projects.
- Strong background in native mobile development - iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Proven ability to lead small teams, set direction, and mentor junior engineers.
- Comfortable driving mobile architecture, setting standards, and leading technical discussions.
