Power Platform Specialist - Manchester 3 Days per week In Office We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Specialist to join our team and drive the development and optimization of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on Power BI and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven dashboards, reports, and automated workflows that streamline business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights across business units.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate and optimize business processes, including approvals, notifications, data collection, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective data and workflow solutions.
  • Ensure data models are well-structured, efficient, and scalable for Power BI reporting.
  • Manage connections to various data sources including SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Dataverse, and cloud-based APIs.
  • Maintain governance and best practices for Power Platform environments including security, data access, and performance optimization.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform developments and recommend improvements or new capabilities.
