OVERVIEW
We're seeking Proclaim Developer to join the IT team at a respected high street firm. This role involves enhancing and supporting the firm's case management system to ensure efficient, reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
You'll develop and maintain Proclaim workflows and templates, manage system updates, and support users across the business. Working closely with other developers and stakeholders, you'll help deliver system improvements and provide input on technical solutions.
Experience Required
* Solid experience developing in Proclaim or a similar case management system
* Confident working with workflow design, task server configuration and template logic
* Able to translate user requirements into practical system changes
* Experience with testing & implementation
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable managing your own workload as well as working part of a team.
* Experience in a legal setting
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with T-SQL, APIs, e-signatures, or cloud platforms is an advantage.
