This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Proclaim Developer (or someone with a strong background in a similar legal case management system) to contribute to ongoing digital improvements. You will work closely with internal teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient workflows and templates within the system, ensuring high-quality performance and user satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain workflows, screens, and templates within Proclaim
Liaise with end users and department leads to gather and define system requirements
Prioritise and deliver system changes in line with business needs and deadlines
Support new releases, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption
Act as a point of escalation for system-related queries and service tickets
Apply updates and patches to maintain system security and performance
Participate in both individual and collaborative projects
Be available for occasional out-of-hours work where critical updates are required

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Proclaim or a comparable case management system, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
