My client in Manchester looking for an experienced Damp & MouldSurveyorto assess housing stock across Manchester. You willrespond to resident callouts, inspect properties, and recommend remedial actions to tackle damp and mould issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect homes for damp, mould, and condensation.
- Respond to resident reports and complaints.
- Produce clear reports and action plans.
- Liaise with contractors and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with housing standards.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in damp/mould surveying
- Strong knowledge ofbuildingpathology.
- Familiarity with HHSRS and disrepair legislation
