The school features a specialist SEN unit that provides a nurturing and structured environment for children with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.Your New RoleAs a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be based within the school's dedicated SEN unit, supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis. You will work closely with the SENCO and class teachers to implement individual education plans (IEPs), deliver targeted interventions, and promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
