The Supply register is proud to be working in partnership with Prospere Trust Schools, We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching assistants for a  TA level 4 and a TA level 1 for Piper Hill Specialist School to join their team from January 2026.

Piper Hill is a highly regarded specialist provision supporting children and young people with complex learning difficulties, autism, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. School is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive.

The Role
  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis

  • Assisting with learning, behaviour regulation, and emotional wellbeing

  • Working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team

  • Helping to implement individual education and behaviour support plans

  • Promoting positive relationships and engagement in learning

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils (school or alternative provision experience desirable)

  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

  • Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
