Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are currently recruiting caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming primary schools across the Didsbury area of Manchester.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN

  • Assist class teachers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

  • Help with classroom activities, sensory programmes, and behaviour support

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families

  • Adapt your approach to meet individual needs and learning styles

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a school, nursery, or care setting

  • A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine passion for helping children succeed

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 TA, CACHE, Health & Social Care) are desirable but not essential
