Senior Accountant
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. Your expertise will help optimise financial reporting, streamline processes, and contribute to the company's financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Analyze variances and provide insights to management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparations
- Supervise junior accounting staff and mentor team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
