Role – x2 Administrator/ Swimming Instructor (Training & Qualifications provided)Location – TraffordType – PermanentSalary - £25,446 -£30,200 (DOE)Hours – 30-34 hours per week (Overtime available)Role 1) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Fridays and Saturday off) – 34 hoursRole 2) Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday off or available for overtime/cover) - 30 hoursReed are currently working with a baby & toddler swimming school who are looking to a recruit an Administrator to join their team. The role will be multifaceted and adapt to an Administrator/ Swimming Instructor once training and certificates have been gained.We are looking for someone who is mature and confident with parents, babies, and young children. Proactive with all areas of the role, happy to train and committed to always looking at ways to motivate swimmers, parents and the team. Candidates need to have the ability to be a good communicator and to motivate young swimmers and their parents to gain confidence and skills.This role will suit someone who likes variety in their role between teaching and customer services/ Administration and wants a salaried employed role.Responsibilities
- Candidate needs to be confident in supporting customers both new and long term with class bookings, movement any questions they may have.
- Administration around bookings and updating the systems
- Being involved in marketing aspects
- This customer support can be over the phone, email and face to face.
- The role will include talking to new parents interested in joining our swim program and confirming those bookings (sales to customers who have expressed an interest and have given us their information).
- Experience with using systems is preferable.
- Teachers will teach our specific program to groups of parents with babies, parents with toddlers and also children aged 3-7
