Description

- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure accurate planning.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to anticipate changes in demand.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to supply and inventory management.
- Lead demand planning meetings with key stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to optimise stock levels and reduce waste.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on demand performance and improvements.
- Support new product launches with accurate demand projections.
Profile
A successful Demand Manager should have:
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
