Description

  • Develop and manage demand forecasts to align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure accurate planning.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends to anticipate changes in demand.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to supply and inventory management.
  • Lead demand planning meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies to optimise stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on demand performance and improvements.
  • Support new product launches with accurate demand projections.

Profile

A successful Demand Manager should have:

  • Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
