2nd Line Support Engineer - Up to £30,000 + Benefits
Location: Manchester (with travel to Stoke 2-3 times a week, expensed)
Office: 4 days per week | Full-Time | Permanent

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Visiting client sites to install and configure hardware (laptops, printers, firewalls, etc.)
  • Handling Microsoft 365 support issues (email, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Delivering remote support and troubleshooting network/firewall issues
  • Supporting telephony systems and CCTV setups
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service while balancing hands-on technical tasks


What We're Looking For:

  • Solid, mature experience in a 2nd Line Support role
  • Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
  • Comfortable working both on-site and remotely
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to Stoke (expenses covered)
