Enhanced DBS is required for this role.

As our School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage administrative and finance related tasks efficiently, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school.

The successful candidate will:

  • Able to demonstrate a professional approach with excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Take and direct phone calls, take messages and answer emails professionally.
  • Highly proficient with ICT systems and able to demonstrate good numerical skills.
  • Able to manage a range of varied tasks, providing administrative support to the school.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Thoroughly professional, understanding issues of confidentiality and the need to protect the welfare of children.
  • Experienced, working in a school setting, and knowledge of SIMS educational software is preferred.
  • Be approachable, friendly, and a team player Be willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
