Key Responsibilities as a Senior Business Travel Consultant:
- Manage day-to-day booking of business travel, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Amadeus GDS for ticketing, reissues, and other travel-related tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Support and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Cover for the Operations Manager as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Stay updated on travel trends and policies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements as a Senior Business Travel Consultant:
- Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant, with strong Amadeus GDS skills, including ticketing and reissues.
- Experience working with groups is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
