Vehicle Technician

Location: Manchester
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible options considered
Salary: Up to 40,000 basic
Up to 60,000 OTE (Uncapped) + Welcome Bonus up to 2,500

Key Responsibilities for the Vehicle Technician:

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
Perform diagnostic testing and fault-finding procedures
Advise on required repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure all work is completed efficiently and safely
Contribute to team targets and support junior technicians where needed

Requirements for the Vehicle Technician:

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
Experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
Full UK driving licence
MOT licence beneficial but not essential
