Warehouse Operative - £12.21 per hour
Company Overview: Our client is a leading manufacturer of special conveyor chains. They are dedicated to providing high-quality products to our customers and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment for our employees.
Job Description: They are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our team on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming materials and products
- Storing products in designated areas within the warehouse
- Packing and preparing orders for shipment
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
Requirements:
- Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable
- Ability to lift up to 20kg
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to be trained
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Safety-conscious and aware of best practices for handling materials
We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team player who is willing to learn and work collaboratively with our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
Warehouse Team member £12.21 per hour - Working hours
Mon - Fri 08:30 - 16:30 with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.
