Day-to-day of the role:
- Take ownership of all maintenance tasks, records, and daily operations within the store.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and conform to the latest legislative requirements.
- Build and maintain key relationships internally across the store and with contractors, especially within the Facilities team.
- Actively identify, prevent, and address any health and safety risks and hazards.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements including the H.A.S.A.W.A Act, COSHH, EU Directives, and company Health & Safety Procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Multi-skilled Engineer, preferably in a retail or luxury environment.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with team members and external companies.
- A proactive approach to health and safety.
- Ability to work independently on projects and tasks while ensuring effective communication with departmental management.
