This is a high-impact leadership role reporting into the Account Director, with responsibility for leading M&E strategy, lifecycle planning, and compliance across the hospital estate. Youll manage a team of 3 and act as thetechnical lead on site, working closely with the Trust, third-party suppliers, and the internal central technical team.
??Key Responsibilities:
Lead all technical disciplines across M&E and infrastructure systems
Own thelifecycle planand align it with Clinical & Estates strategy
Ensure compliance with HTMs, HBNs, and all technical standards
Oversee delivery and handover of asset replacements and lifecycle works
Maximise asset uptime through proactive PPM and maintenance reviews
Act as the central point of contact for technical assurance across the account
Provide technical input on decarbonisation, lifecycle optimisation, and risk
?What Were Looking For:
Electrical background withPFI healthcare experience
Chartered Engineer (or working towards)
HND (minimum) in an engineering discipline
Strong understanding of HTM/HBN, FM compliance, and lifecycle delivery
AP experience in a live healthcare setting
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
