About the Role
We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives to join a growing manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor machines and associated production equipment
Ensure consistent product quality and output throughout the production process
Carry out routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Handle raw materials safely and feed them into the production line
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Assist with tooling changes, setups, and line changeovers
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
Work effectively as part of a production team
Requirements
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts and develop new skills
Pay & Progression
Starting rate: 12.21 per hour
