We are currently seeking a temporary resource to support the housing complaints team in the investigation, evidence gathering, and drafting of Stage One complaint responses.
The role is office based and will be full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring complaints are thoroughly investigated and clearly documented and will have a background in housing.
Key Responsibilities

Support the complaints team with investigation of housing complaints

Gather, review, and analyse relevant evidence and documentation

Draft clear and professional Stage One complaint responses in line with the Housing Ombudsman Code

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all relevant information is captured

Maintain accurate records of investigations and correspondence

Ensure all work is completed in a timely and compliant manner
